The economical all-round option with good feel, reasonable durability and tension maintenance.

Excellent playability and the closest man made option to natural gut. With added elasticity, this option improves on properties found from the synthetic class, with a softer feel.

Superior playability for feel and power make this the favorite for many of the top professionals. Made from animal intestines and recommended for warmer weather. Popular as a cross string in a hybrid setup.

HYBRIDS

Consider a HYBRID COMBINATION, consisting of two strings from different classes; one for the mains and one for the crosses of a racquet for ultimate playability.

As a general principal, the thinner the string, the more power, feel, comfort and spin potential, at the sacrifice of less durability.

Tighter string tension provides greater control and loser string tension provides greater power.
